Window orders
Food is paid for at the truck when you order. If the order is wrong, missing something you asked for, or not what was described, say so at the window before you leave. We will remake the plate or refund that item.
We do not refund food because a sauce or topping you chose was not to your taste, or because you changed your mind after the plate was cooked, unless we made a mistake.
Phone orders
If you call ahead, you can cancel before we start cooking by calling +1 720 899 9921. Once the patty is on the grill or the chicken is in the fryer, it is treated as a window order.
Private events
A truck booking is arranged by phone, not through this site. Cancellation terms for a booked event are the ones we agree with you on that call. If we have not stated a deposit, nothing is charged until we agree.
